It is always my goal to create the perfect clay print for you and the ones
you love. As with most small custom artisan shops, I very rarely complete
multiple Custom Clay Print orders simultaneously. Typically, I will have
several orders in various stages of completion. In some cases, I am able to
start your Custom Clay Print right away, but, more often, there will be a
few customers ahead of you.

Because clay is a natural earth material, I cannot control all of the
variations that can occur when working with natural materials. During the
multi-step process involved in producing your Custom Clay Print,
circumstances may arise that affect the delivery date of your order. I will
do my best to give you an accurate estimate of the time your order will take
to complete. However, this is only an estimate, and I cannot guarantee a
completion date. It is your responsibility to alert me, at the time you
place your order, if you have a special request regarding a delivery date.

Although all sales are final, if you are not satisfied with your Custom Clay
Print upon receipt, please let me know. I am willing to work with you toward
your satisfaction.
